A: Please analyze your power and charging source. Power source that is less than 1 AMP is safe and highly recommended. For instance, we find computers to be a great and safe method. Car chargers produce much higher power supply, so please stay away from those. Also remember over charging your battery may reduce the life of the headset, so along with monitoring the power supply, try to keep your charge time under 2.5 hours and always run the battery out until the unit is dead.   

 

Q: WILL IT PAIR WITH MY SMART WATCH?

A: KSCAT headsets will pair with all smart watches supporting Bluetooth function.

Q: I TRAVEL A LOT. CAN I USE MY HEADSET TO LISTEN TO MUSIC ON AN AIRPLANE?

A: Many airlines offer wi-fi during the flight. Most airlines allow Bluetooth devices to be used during the flight, with the exception of disconnecting during take-off and landing.

 

Q: DOES THE BATTERY STATUS SHOW ON MOBILE DEVICES?

A: Yes. For iPhones/iPads and majority of Android products, the battery status can be displayed at Notification Bar area.

 

Q: THE SOUND CUTS IN AND OUT, DROPS OUT OR CUTS OUT INTERMITTENTLY. WHAT’S GOING ON?

A: Though the maximum range of Bluetooth is 10 meters (33 feet), the ideal operating range for any Bluetooth stereo device is 2 feet from your pairing device, particularly outdoors when the signal cannot bounce off walls and ceilings. This law applies to any brand of Bluetooth stereo device.

We recommend the use of armbands for your paring device to keep the device and Bluetooth connectivity within optimal range during workouts.

 

Q: WILL THE HEADSET CONNECT TO MY GAMING CONSOLE?

A: Yes. The headphones can be used for voice chat through the gaming console as long as it has the option for Bluetooth connectivity. Please check each game for availability of that functionality in the game software. The actual game audio and music is played through the TV or home theater receiver, thus a Bluetooth adapter will be needed.
